Combustible Dust Accidents Spark CSB Investigation

The U.S. Chemical Safety Board wrote the following article in reference to two combustible dust accidents, resulting in one fatality, at a plant that manufactures iron powder. The article makes reference to OSHA working on their combustible dust standard. They also state there have been 281 combustible dust fires and explosions from 1980 to 2005 which have killed 119 workers and injured 700. Click the link below to download the report.
